Home-made cookies

Traditional chocolate cookies with hazelnut meal, great for breakfast or afternoon tea

Composition

  • Cookie mix
  • Bitter cocoa

Method

Work the butter together with the sugars and the honey and add the egg (picture 1). Sieve the flower, cocoa and bicarbonate and add to the mix, mixing delicately (picture 2).

Melt the chocolate, mix in the chopped hazelnuts and add to the mix (picture 3). Mix well and leave for 1 hour in the fridge. Spread a baking sheet on an oven tray.
Use a spoon (or a biscuit mould if you have one) to divide up the mix on the baking sheet (picture 4).

Flatten the balls of cookie mix and bake at 165° for 15 minutes. Leave to cool and sprinkle with bitter cocoa.

Tips


  • Leave the mix to rest

    Flatten the mix and leave to rest for 30 minutes before baking.
