Double chocolate cake

A classic dessert with a new twist: milk and dark chocolate plus little drops of dark chocolate

Composition

  • Cake mix
  • Drops of dark chocolate for baking
  • Sugared cocoa

Method

Soften the butter and use the mixer to mix it along with the sugar, eggs and cocoa (picture 1); add the flour and mix again.

Leave in the fridge for 10 hours, take out and mix by hand, adding in the chocolate drops (picture 2).

Place the mix in a mould coated with butter and flour (pictures 3 and 4) and bake in the oven at 180° for about 45 minutes.

Tips


  • The best eggs

    Eggs should not be used cold from the fridge, as it will make them difficult to mix with the butter and the whole mix will cool down.
