Honey and coffee chilled dessert

Classy dessert served in a glass to show off the velvety texture of the milk chocolate and coffee cream and the crunchy biscuits covered in honey

  • Short hazelnut biscuits
  • Chilled cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Bitter cocoa


Mix the eggs, honey, sugar and espresso coffee (picture 1) and cook in the microwave.

Remove from the microwave and place in a bain marie with ice (picture 2), mixing until cold and obtaining a frothy cream (picture 3).

Melt the chocolate at 40°, add the frothy chocolate cream and mix delicately.

Place a few pieces of biscuit on the bottom of the glass, pipe the mix on top using a sac-à-poche (picture 4) and chill.
Before serving, decorate with pieces of biscuit and a drop of honey (picture 5).

Top with whipped cream and a drop of honey.

  • Cooking in the microwave

    Take care when cooking in the microwave. Use it on half power and heat for 20 seconds. Remove from the microwave and mix. Repeat until fully cooked.
